Located in my favorite area of Seoul - Mapo-  is one sweet gem of a bakery called The Bread Blue.

It's 100% vegan so no egg, no milk, no butter.

It's a perfect spot to stop into in the morning and see what freshly baked goodness is out on display, just waiting to be picked up.

Nom nom!

They have a large selection of baked goods and they're quite popular so they can sell out pretty quickly.

There's everything from various breads like sourdough, whole wheat, and rye, to bagels, croquettes, crumbles, brownies, and olive ciabatta loaves and Stollen Christmas bread.

My favorite things here are the spreads - ooey, gooey jars of deliciousness like peanut butters and their own homemade nutella!

There's also lots of coffees, teas, and ades to try - including interesting specialty stuff like the Peanut Cream Latte, Chestnut Cream Latte, or Very Berry Ade Tea.

Go get some yummies for yourself at 54-58 Nogsan-dong in Mapo-gu in Seoul.
