An hy quan

This one wins for excellent fresh delicious Vietnamese inspired food, amazing service and a super clean and welcoming dining space. The name An Hy Quan is meant to convey a place of peace and happiness. They also have one of the largest menus full different types of cuisine. I was very pleasantly surprised to find sprigs of freshly cut Thai basil, mint and cilantro with my meal and taste some of their unique homemade drinks, such as a sweet and salty preserved plum soda.

Quite a perfectly named spot, because you will love this sushi. They have a huge and vastly innovative menu of every kind of sushi roll you could imagine and they are all deliciously addictive. You can find combinations with vegan crab, lobster, squid, shrimp, salmon, tuna and even scallops. One of my favorite things about this place is they have an award from Peta (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals): Best Restaurant for Vegan Sushi.
