I went straight for their Vegan Beef Cheeseburger with Kimchi, and it was a total curveball.
The tangy, spicy kick of the kimchi paired with the savory seaweed topping added a brilliant, umami-rich twist to the classic burger profile.
To make things even better, it was served with a side of crispy hash browns—a rare but genius burger companion.
