Whether you're on your way in or out of Incheon aiport, or you just have some leisure days to spend, Yeongjong is a great little off-the-beaten path destination that's not crowded, is very easy to walk around, has beautiful parks to explore, and lots of tasty foods to discover. 

Here are some of my favorite spots to spend time at in Yeongjong.

These places are perfect for having some coffee, a bite to eat, chilling out, relaxing, and - of course - watching the serene ocean view. 

Sitting pretty high up on the 8th floor of the Ocean View Building right on the water's edge, Rendejavous wins for most original theme idea (and name)!

The interior is totally transformed to feel just like being on Jeju Island - complete with greenery, black rock walls, and pebbles beneath your feet - and even Jeju drinks like Hallabong Ade, green tea, and craft beers.

Get your island vibes on!

This place is massive, with plenty of interesting spots to sit, and exceptional ocean views where you can just chill out and watch the seagulls flying all around. 

Across the street is Sea Front Terrace which actually spans several floors of the same building, with different vibes on each floor. 

On the ground level you can get the cutest little teddy bear hot buns that you can eat ears first.

Then you can go up and explore several floors of cool seating spots and there's even more coffees and pastries to munch on. 

You can even climb up to the rooftop for some spectacular ocean views. 

A short walk along the oceanside will take you to the Ocean Soleview Hotel.

Walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor to discover Nouaison - a super chic spot that has a creative French fusion menu with really tasty, super fresh dishes. 

Their hummus is delicious and the avocado toast is amazing with chewy bread and their own unique oil and spice blend is to die for.

Its beachy vibe also has some plants, rocks on the floor, lots of eclectic and vintage decorations, and comfy seating at the window to watch the view. 

And just downstairs, in the same building, is Uncle Bear Bagel - a very cozy corner cafe that will lure you in with the scent of freshly baked bread. 

Its ground floor location makes it super easy to pop in on the daily, check out what bagels just came out of the giant wood-fired oven, then grab a drink and a bite, and enjoy the chill vibes of Yeongjong!
